CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA.

For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A °â€ " The Mayor's Office is authorized-to Municipal de Sorata, to hire in any of the banking institutions of the paA-s, an undertaking up to the total sum of a million Bolivians (Bs. 1,000,000), destined for the construction work of its "Municipal House".

ArtA-arse 2A °â€ " For the payment of redemptions and interest of the said undertaking, the following obligations and taxes are created in the jurisdiction of the first section of the Province of Larecaja:

a) 30% of the income The City of Sorata's own municipal office, entered in their respective annual budgets;

b) Bs. 3.00 per litre of drinking alcohol to be brought into the province;

c) 5% ad valorem on the load of tubers, cereals, fruit and legumes to be extracted from the Province.

ArtA-ass 3A °â€ " It should be negotiated at a rate of interest in no case higher than 6% owing the taxes referred to in the article 2A °, last until the total cancellation of the debt.

ArtA-arse 4A °â€ " The taxes to which you (b) and (c) of Article 2A of this Law, collected by the Coca Customs and deposited on a quarterly basis in the Central Bank of Bolivia in a special account to be referred to as "Pro-Casa Municipal de Sorata".

ArtA-culo 5A °â€ " The administration of the undertaking will be in charge of a ComitA© composed of the Municipal Mayor of Sorata, President of the Council Deliberant, a representative of the Comptroller-A, Sub-prefect of Larecaja and a Representative of the "Sorata Workers ' Center".

Communicate to the Executive Officer for Constitutional Purposes.
