CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA
For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECCRETA:
ArtA-ass 1A °â€ "HAIL INSURANCE is instituted exclusively for the benefit of the public-queue areas of the Republic, based on the following resources:
a) Bs. 1.a €" on litre of alcohol cereals and caA ± a;
b) Bs. 1.a € " on a litre of fruit spirit and molasses;
c) Bs. 0.50 on a litre of wine;
d) 15% surcharge on the use of the vitA-tails of the Repubica;
e) These taxes shall be applied only to the production of alcohols, spirits and wines within the provincial circumscription considered vita-cola.
ArtA-Aculo 2A °â€ " The Agricultural Bank of Bolivia will be charged with the organization and administration of the Insurance, creating a special section in the Agency mA, maximum of the area vitA-cola or delegate to its legal representative the Bank Central Bolivia, where it had no agency of its own.
ArtA-culo 3A °â€ " To benefit from the benefits of this law, the owner of the vitA-cola fundo should pay its annual PAHON on the basis of 4% of the declared value of its harvest.
ArtA-ass 4A °â€ " Taxes collected by respective offices In accordance with this Law, they shall be deposited with the Central Bank or the AgrA-cola of Bolivia of each district vitA-cola or in the Agency more than it, in special accounts to be referred to as: "Insurance against Hail".
ArtA-Aculo 5A °â€ " As for the provinces Nor and Süd Cinti, a special account will be opened for each one of them in the Agency of the Central Bank of Bolivia in Camargo, assigning them to 50% of the total collection in both provinces.
ArtA-ass 6A °â€ " As long as the Insurance resources do not reach the total of the losses corresponding to the insured property, the payments of the payments will be made in proportion to the funds raised in the year.
ArtA-culo 7A °â€ "The Banco AgrA-cola or Central de Bolivia is authorized to contract reinsurance in compa ± A-as national or foreign.
ArtA-culo 8A °â€" For the payment of the Insurance you will take the expertise on the proportion of the losses in each property vita-cola.
ArtA-culo 9A °â€ " The Executive Branch will regulate this law.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
