CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A °â€ "With the word" RA-or San Juan del Oro ", organize an agricultural, livestock and industrial production cooperative, with the property owners located in the jurisdiction of the Cantons Carrizal, Chayaza, Santa Ana, Puente and Ircalaya, of the Second Section of the Province of Mexico, of the Department of Tarija.

ArtA-culo 2A °â€ " SerA ¡ n ends of the Cooperative:

Increase the cultivation of wheat and other cereals, by the acquisition of seeds and fertilizers; the cultivation of vines and Grape industrialisation;

Sale of products;

Repopulating and improving the gain-to-be gained through the acquisition of stallions;

Irrigation and defensive works in the rA-;

Agricultural machinery-tails and tillage implements, to rent or sell to the partners;

Installing flour mills;

Procurement of motorized vehicles for the transport of products;

Formation of warehouses with implements, tools, and consumer goods for pawns;

Agricultural loans to the partners;

Sustaining of students in agriculture and veterinary schools;

Any other activity that will pursue the increase of the agricultural industry.

3A °â€ " For the support of this institution the following resources are created Applicable for the period of five years, exclusively in the jurisdiction indicated, obligatory for the members of the Cooperative and which will be collected directly by its Directory:

a) Two hundred Bolivians per hectare area of land cultivated for wheat and other cereals and legumes and five hundred bolivianos per hectare of current production;

b) Ten bolivianos per head of cattle, horse and mular; five bolivianos per asnal and fifty cents for the unit of wool and goat livestock;

c) Two Bolivians with 50 pennies per quintal of wheat, barley, maA-z, potatoes, onions, other legumes, wheat flour and maA-z, to be extracted from the jurisdiction of the cantons included in the Cooperative;

d) Ten Bolivians per quintal of seeds of alfalfa and one Bolivian per quintal of other forages;

e) Five Bolivians per quintal of spirit and wine made in the area;

f) Fifty Bolivians per hectare area of land to irrigation and one hundred Bolivians per hectare area in production;

g) A Bolivian per quintal of lime, stucco, and leA ± a, which is removed from the zone.

ArtA-ass 4A °â€ "The incites a) and b) of the previous article, will be applicable for one time and will be applicable annually.

ArtA-ass 5A °â€" Eighty percent of all raised by these contributions will be part of the social capital of the Cooperative, To be awarded to all the partners tA-titles of shares of value of 100 Bolivians each, and the balance of the twenty percent will be destined to the expenses of exploitation of the society.

ArtA-culo 6A °â€ " The administration of the Cooperative will be in charge of a Board of Directors formed by a President, a Vice President, a Secretary, a Treasurer and two Vocals elected by all the partners in general assembly, which will be chaired the first time by an agent of Agro-cola Fomento.

ArtA-arse 7A °â€ " This directory will be responsible to the general assembly of members, for the acts of administration and the Treasury will be able to exercise its funds on the basis of real bail in the proportion of 10% of the fund to be collected in accordance with points (a) and (b) of Article 3A.

ArtA-culo 8A °â€ " Of the profits that are obtained in the annual economic exercises, it will be allocated twenty percent for reserve funds, the thirty for the social fund of exploitation and the rest will be distributed among the

ArtA-culo 10A ° †" Can the owners of rustic estates located in the cantons of the Province Süd Cinti and MA©ndez join the Cooperative, provided that they make the contributions in this law and submit to the

ArtA-ass 12At ° †" The regulatory requirements of this law, and the corresponding statutes, shall be submitted to the provisions of the Supreme Decree of 20 May 1941.

ArtA-culo 13A ° †" The owners of rural fundos included in the cantons Calamuchita and the Choza of the Province of the Province of Tarija, are included in the provisions of this law, which may constitute cooperatives that will take the name of the region to which they correspond.
