ArtA-ass 1A °â€ " You declare of necessity and utility and authorize the expropriation of the grounds for the construction of the road asphalt road Tolata-Cliza inside the new trace established on the basis of studies carried out by the Directorate of Public Works Departmental of the city of Cochabamba.

ArtA-culo 2A °â€ "The Prefecture of Cochabamba will be faced with the limit of the corresponding processes, according to legal provisions in force.

ArtA-arse 3A °â€" Compensation shall be made in accordance with the Law of 25 October 1944.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
