CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A °â€ "The tax created by Law of 17 December 1942 in its articles 1A ° and 2A ° is raised, in the following proportion:

a) to Bs 1.a €" in each first class passage and fifty pennies in every second class passage, in the Cochabamba-Santa Cruz Railway, in its Cochabamba-Tarata section and vice versa;

b) to Bs 1.a € "every 100 kilos of cargo that transport the indicated Railway in the same section Cochabamba-Tarata vice versa.

ArtA-ass 2A °â€" All the amount raised from the promulgation of the Law of 17 December 1942 and what is to be collected by the modification of this Law, is intended for the construction and maintenance of the School of Arts and Crafts in the city of Tarata and which will be called School "Melchor Urquidi."

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
