THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A °â€ "The tax-based fund called" El Tejar ", which is located within the urban radius of the city of Tarija, declares itself as the property of the Board of Public Works of Tarija and will serve as a basis for the new urbanization of the indicated capital.

ArtA-ass 2A ° †" While The Board of Public Works of Tarija in the development of their works and plan of planning do not transfer the lots of land that will be left within the urbanisation of "El Tejar", they will be served to organize the floriculture and great nurseries of ornamental, forestry and fruit plants for the new urbanization of Tarija and the forest of the great valley that surrounds the city.

ArtA-arse 3A °â€ "The product of the sales of land of" El Tejar " will be deposited in the account "Public Works of Tarija".

ArtA-culo 4A °â€ " The Agricultural Board of Tarija, created by Supreme Decree of 3 July 1942, will take charge of the organization of the floriculture and the nurseries referred to in the Article 2A ° concreting its activities to the purposes set out in this Law for the purpose of repealing all the contrary provisions.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
