DECRETA:
ArtA-ass 1o.†" All import rights are released from the following items intended exclusively for consumption and agricultural work-queue of the inhabitants of the Sud LA-fish Province of the Department of PotosA-:

10 quintals of rice.
10 quintals of mote wheat.
10 quintals of maA-z in grain.
10 quintals of beans.
20 quintals of potatoes and vegetables.

2 manual plows.
2 full suits per person.
ArtA-cull 2o.†" The above amounts of items will be imported annually for each family, under the control of the Province's Subprefect and of the employees and customs guards of Esmoraca, Estarca, RA-or Grande, Chiguana and others, The same shall send to the Ministry of Finance the respective statistical data, under their responsibility.
