ArtA-cull lo.†" You add to Article 78 of the Central Bank of Bolivia Reorganizing Law, dated December 20, 1945, the following point:
When it comes to industries that employ matter national premium, the Banking Department may carry out in the next scale:
lo.†"To which they employ 50 to 60% of national raw material up to Bs. 5,000,000,â€"
2o.†"To those employing 61 to 80% up to Bs. 7,500,000.â€"
3o.†"To those employing 81 to 100% up to Bs. € 10,000,000,â€"
In these cases, the Bank will determine the percentage to be represented on the assets offered in garanta-a.
ArtA-culo 2o.†" The Executive Branch will regulate this Law.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
