For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

DECRETA:

ArtA-article.†"For the purposes of the Law of October 18, 1948 and in case the" San José " Mining Company has no profits, the losses of that company, if any, will be met with parts of the reduction of the additional tax to which it is entitled in its exports

ArtA-culo 2o.†"The sado of the reduction of the aforementioned additional tax, once covered the losses of" San José ", will continue to be distributed according to the Articles 1A ° and 2A ° of the Law of 18 October 1948.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
