For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
DECRETA:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
ArtA-culo lo.†" The revenues of the Departmental Budget of Tarija are adjusted, modifying the laws that continue to be entered and creating new arbitrations, in the following form:
ArtA-ass 2o.†" Else to Bs. 20.00, the tax you should have Paid for each head of cattle that is extracted from the Department of Tarija, established by Law of 22 January 1922, destined for its performance to Departmental Services.
ArtA-ass 3o.†" The tax that taxes the tax An international soda, contemplated in Law of 14 December 1942, rises to Bs. 0.20 per bottle, for the purpose of its collection to the purchase and free distribution of milk to the poor children of the capital by the External Office of the Hospital "San Juan de Dios", with the Departmental Treasury to liquidate and deliver monthly Funds to the Comit⩠Administrator of said Hospital, for your investment with a documented account. The funds raised to date by this tax, will be delivered to the aforementioned Comité for the acquisition of goods and adaptation of the premises destined for the service
ArtA-culo 4o.†" It is taxed with the tax of Bs. 5.00, by the international or foreign flour intervention to the Department of Tarija, created by law of 6 October 1892, destined for its performance to departmental services.
ArtA-culo 5o.†" ModifA-case the article 2A ° of the law of 10 December 1941, in the following terms:

ArtA-cull 6o.†"The taxes referred to in the laws of 4 December 1923 and 12 November 1938, concerning the intervention of café to the Department of Tarija, are adjusted to Bs. 10.â€" The following services are used:
60% for departmental services;
40% for the depreciation of capital and interest from the Consolidated Works of Sanitary Works of Tarija.
7o.†" The taxes referred to in points (c) of Article 1A of the Law of 15 September, 1928 and (e) of the Law of 12 November 1938, concerning the manufacture and import of wines to the Department of Tarija, shall be charged at the rate of Bs. 0.50 per bottle, for the performance of the performance of the following services:
40% for its Departmental service;
40% for the depreciation of capital and interest from the Consolidated undertaking for the Sanitary Works of Tarija;
20% for Public Works in the Province of the Same Department.
ArtA-ass 8o.†" Crate the following taxes in the Department of Tarija, for its performance in the service of amortisation and interest of the Consolidated Works of Sanitary Works of Tarija:
a) Ten Bolivians for each sole of sole that is extracted from the Department with a destination within the territory of the Republic;
b) Ten Bolivians per quintal Spanish of manA and chancaca and five Bolivians per quintal Spanish of maA-z -a-ga from the Department of Tarija to the interior of the Republic;
c) Ten bolivianos by pig fat at the end of the Department of Tarija for the interior of the Republic;
d) Ten percent on the value of the entries to be given to public relations;
e) Five Bolivians on Bottle of foreign wine or liquor that is brought to the Department of Tarija;
f) Ten cents on cajetilla of black cigars that are consumed or internal in the Department of Tarija and twenty cents on cajetilla of blond cigarettes National and a Bolivian on the box of foreign blonde cigarettes;
g) Bs. l.50 per bottle of spirits that are interned with the Department of Tarija.
ArtA-ass 9o. †" The Article 3A of the Law of December 9, 1941, is worded as follows: FA-jase in a Bolivian by bottle of spirit that is produced or interne to the Department of Tarija, destined for departmental services.
ArtA-culo 10o.†"provisions contrary to this Law are hereby repealed.
