CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECRETA:

ArtA-cull lo.†" For various public and road open-ups in the Department of La Paz, the following tax surcharges are set:

a) Bs. 0.50 on bottle or unit of 0. 66 liters of beer consumed in the Department of La Paz.

b) Bs. 0.50 on bottle or unit of 0.66 liters of chicha to be made or interne in the Department of Peace.

c) Tax of Bs. 0. 25 per bottle of 0.15 to 0.50 liters of gaseous water, Coca Cola and other non-alcoholic refreshing beverages consumed in the Department.

d) Tax of Bs. 0.35 per bottle of 0.50 to 1 (one) litre of gaseous water, Coca Cola and other beverages Non-alcoholic refreshers consumed in the Department.

e) Tax of Bs. 500,†" annually on each individual car of the department.

f) Recargo of 10% on all items of luxury goods that are issued by the Customs of La Paz for consumption in the Department.

ArtA-ass 2o.†" Resources coming The above article will be distributed as follows:

50% †"in the city of La Paz, for the construction of a Prefectural Hotel, Public Assistance and Maternity Rooms, for areas, and road works.

40% â€" is allocated to public works and vials in all the provinces of the Department of La Paz, in a proportional way.

10% †" for expenses of administration, conservation and attention of the road machinery, of the Prefecture of the Department of La Paz.
