THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A ° †"AutorA-zase a la Alcaldá-a Municipal de Tarija to hire in the Central Bank of Bolivia or any other Banking Institution of the paA-s, an Emprésticto up to the sum of Ten Million Bolivianos, destined for the construction of a Modern Camal,

ArtA-ass 2A ° †"The amortisation service will be served with the following revenue from the Tarija Municipal Budget:

Cap. 1A ° PA, 'A' (2) Corambre Bs. 500,000.†'

Cap. 1A ° PA-"A" () Market ' 260.000.†"

Cap. 1A ° PA 'A' (6) Cemetery ' 300,000.†"

ArtA-arse 3A ° â€"In the contract of this undertaking, an interest of no more than 6% and an annual return to Capital of 10% shall be estimated.

ArtA-culo 4A °-†"Being affected only part of the municipal income mentioned in this Law; the Municipal Mayor, according to the credit institution of the credit institution, will set the monthly quotas that, as per his collection, will be deposited in such an institution in an account that will be referred to as "Service of the Amortization of the Municipal Office of the Municipal".
