ArtA-arse 1A ° †"AutorA-zase to the Central Bank of Bolivia to grant Banco Agra-cola de Bolivia, a loan of Bolivians 30,000,000 (thirty million Bolivians) to the opening of two agencies of the indicated Bank in PotosA-and Vallegrande; of Bs. 20,000,000 (twenty million Bolivians) for the same purpose in the city of Oruro, and for Bs. 5,000,000 (five million Bolivians) for the installation of another agency in the city of Camiri.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †"The service of these obligations in its payment of amortisation and interest will be made with the resources from the Fund of Change Regulations to be delivered by the Central Bank of Bolivia to the Banco Agra-cola of Bolivia, in accordance with the provisions of the Law of 15 December 1949, Authorize the Central Bank of Bolivia to withhold the indicated deliveries to the total cancellation of these crimes.
