THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass nico.†" The University of Oruro is authorized to hire a loan at the Central Bank of Bolivia or any other particular credit institution, up to the sum of Twenty Million Bolivians (Bs. 20,000,000.) with the guarantee-a of their property or income according to Article 162 of the State-Political Constitution of the State, regardless of the margin of tax credits.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for the constitutional purposes.
