THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" AutorA-zase to the National Social Security Box the transfer in favor of the" Central Council of the Workers ' Workers " of the Compagnie Aramayo de Mines in Bolivie S. A., the properties acquired from the "Compaà ± A-a Minera and Agra-cola Oploca de Bolivia", located in the Oploca Cantón, Province Sud Chables of the Department of PotosA-, destined for an AgrA-Queue of Production and Consumption.

ArtA-ass 2A ° †" The price that the parties stipulate will be covered in the following form:

With the total of the sums coming from the compulsory workers ' savings of the members of the "Central Council of Mineworkers", of the Compagnie Aramayo de Mines in Bolivie S. A., in accordance with the balances that are thrown at the account statements of the National Social Security Fund, the dA-a of the transfer;

of the prescribed savings of the workers of the Compagnie Aramayo de Mines in Bolivie S. A., including the sections Caracoles and Tipuani;

With the contribution of Bs. 5,000,000,â € " (FIVE MILLION BOLIVIANS) from the State, from the funds created by the Law of 21 November 1947, with the condition that the Central Council Sud establish a colony of holidays, rest and recovery for the benefit of the workers of the Republic of the Republic, according to the rules regulations that will establish the Executive Branch;

With the voluntary contributions of the employees and workers of the different sections of the Compagnie Aramayo de Mines in Bolivie S. A., and of the colonists of the Oploca estate who will be considered partners of the Cooperative in equal rights with the other contributors although with different obligations under the principle of the division of labor.
