For how much: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" The following taxes are created for the exclusive destination of the water-drinking service in the city of La Paz:

Fifty cents (Bs. 0.50) per bottle of beer consumed in the Department of La Paz, bottle of 0.66 liter.

Fifty cents (Bs. 0.50) per bottle of chicha that is consumed in the Department of La Paz, bottle of 0.66 liter.

20% ad-valorem on all kinds of cigarettes and cigarettes that are consumed in the Department of Peace.

Article 2A ° †" The resources They will be collected by the tax offices and deposited in the Central Bank of Bolivia to the order of the Municipality of La Paz, in a special account called "Aguas Potables de La Paz".

ArtA-culo 3A ° †" The Municipality of La Paz can hire one or more of the projects or issue Bonds up to the sum of one hundred and fifty million Bolivians (Bs. 150,000,000,†") with the guarantee-a of the previous resources, destined to the expansion of the service of water-drinking water in the city of La Paz.
