For how much: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS

. DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° .†"In celebration of the first centenary of the creation of the National Flag, civil holiday is declared the dA-to November 5, 1951, date on which the promulgation of the law that creates our homeland badge.

ArtA-ass 2A ° .†" National MONUMENT The pillar of" Conchupata " is declared in the city of Oruro, where the National Flag was first left on November 7, 1851.

ArtA-arse 3A ° .†"In tribute to our tricolour, the Executive Branch will convene a contest in the history of the Flag, the Arms Shield and the National Anthem. The best composition will be edited on behalf of the State, which will be adopted as official text.

ArtA-culo 4A ° .†"The Executive Branch is authorized to issue commemorative stamps, of whose performance, discounting 30% refers to the Law of 26 October 1949, will take the necessary resources to comply with this Law.

ArtA-ass 5A ° .†"From the resources mentioned in the previous article, the Executive Branch will order the performing the required jobs to the ornate and restoring the pillar of "Conchupata."
