CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For how much: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS.

DECRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° .†"For the execution of public works in the province of Alonso de Ibaà ± ez of the Department of PotosA-and with the carA cter of cumulative funds, the following taxes are created:

a) A (Bs). 1.†") for each bottle of beer that is interne in the province; two percent (2%) on the sale price of wines and foreign spirits that are admitted to the province; fifty cents (Bs. 0.50) on a litre of fruit spirit or caA ±; fifty cents (Bs. 0.50) on bottle of soda or papaya; a Bolivian (Bs. 1 ,†") on bottle of alcohol imported into the province; fifty cents (Bs. 0.50) on bottle of 0.66 litres of chicha made in the province.

b) Five Bolivians (Bs. 5.†") on coca drum internada to the province,

c) Five Bolivians (Bs. 5.†") on quintal of any cereal or flour exported out of the province.

d) One percent (1%) on the value of any sale of minerals that are extracted-two from the province Alonso of Ibaà ± ez by miners boys and one and a half percent (1,1/2%) over any sale of minerals exploited by medium-sized miners provided that the world market quotes are as follows or higher than those shown below:

Walfram $USA. 18.00 per 10 kg unit

Lead $USA. 0.15 per pound

Copper $USA 0.18 per pound

Antimonkey $USA. 3.50 per unit of 10 kilos

e) Ten Bolivians (Bs. 10.†") by motorized vehicle that enters exit from the Province.

ArtA-ass 2A ° .†"The taxes referred to in the previous article will be collected by the National Customs, by the respective municipalities of the province Alonso de Ibaà ± ez and the Banco Minero de Bolivia in time to carry out the settlement of mineral purchases and will deposit under its responsibility in the Central Bank of Bolivia a special account called " Pro-Works PAºblas de la Provincia Alonso de la Ibaà ± ez '.

ArtA-arse 3A ° .†"The funds from the taxes created by the article 1A ° of this law are intended for the following works: collection and improvement of the service of drinking water in the capital Sacaca, Caripuyo and cantons -corresponding, installation and improvement of the electrical light service in the mentioned populations and their cantons; installation of offices and telephone networks that unite their populations; construction of school sanitary works, sports and public buildings of importance; defensive in the roads and bridges that are necessary. The intervention and execution of the work will be carried out by the Municipal Boards of the aforementioned Capitals, which will organize a Central Committee of the province with two delegates for each one, the same one that will distribute annually and in equitable form the funds accumulated in the special account that the second article of this Law provides with the intervention of the Comptroller-a and the representative of the province.

ArtA-ass 4A ° .†"With guarantee-to of the resources mentioned In the article 1A ° of this Law the referred to the Municipal Boards to To contract jointly or separately one or more of them in equal proportions and according to their needs in the Central Bank of Bolivia or another institution of credit of the country up to the sum of 10 MILLION BOLIVIANS (Bs. € 10,000,000,€ ') with the interest no greater than 6% a year and amortisation of 8% with a commission of a quarter percent annually.

ArtA-ass 5A ° .†"The provisions contrary to this law are repealed.
