DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° .†"From the funds raised by the rule of Article 1A of the Law of 21 November 1947, intended by the person and by the article of 72 of the 23 December 1949 to the Buildings and facilities necessary for the medical attention of the insured in the compulsory Social Security Fund, will be constructed a Workers ' Hospital in the Province Chayanta of the Department of PotosA.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° .†"The National Social Security Fund, through its technical agencies, will carry out, as soon as possible, the rigorous studies for the proper location of that hospital and will provide sufficient resources for the the execution of the work within the next biennial plan to submit to the approval of the Ministry of Labour in accordance with the Supreme Decree No 1108 of 8 April 1948.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
