CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA
For how much: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
THE NATIONAL CONGRESS
DECRETA:
ArtA-ass l ° †" With exclusive destination to the tobacco promotion in the Vallerande District, the following taxes are imposed:
Bs. 5.†" per quintal of tobacco produced in the district of Vallegrande;
Bs. 1.†" for a cigarette box that is brought to the same.
The annual subdue of two hundred thousand Bolivians (Bs. EUR 200,000.â€) to be entered in the "State Obligations" of the National Budget.
Article 2A ° †" The taxes set out in the previous article will be collected by the Administration of Fomento Tabacalero de Vallegrande, and deposited with the Agency of the Central Bank in a special account to be referred to as "Fomento Tabacalero de Vallegrande". The same account will be deposited with the subvenciation granted by the State and how much another resource will be arbitted for the same purpose.
ArtA-arse 3A ° †" The Administration of Fomento Tabacalero de Vallegrande, will be constituted by the Subprefect, Interventor of the Comptroller-a-A, Agricultural-Development Agent, and a delegate of the tobacco producers. Such Management will have the following attributions:
Set, direct, and administer a tobacco-promotion and experimentation farm.
Acquire tobacco seeds, implements, machineries, etc., that it requires for the farm, a-as for sale to tobacco producers.
Set the sales price of tobacco and control your export and sale.
Designate to the essential staff for the tobacco farm and to fix its assets and expenses according to its annual budget
Forming its annual revenue and expenditure budget and to render documented the investments that it has made to the ContralorA-to General of the Republic, being jointly and severally responsible all its members.
ArtA-Aculo 4A ° .†"The Ministries of Finance and Agriculture will provide the Vallerande Tabacalero de Fomento Tabacalero de Vallegrande with the necessary foreign currency for the import of tobacco seeds, tools and machinery. they are also required to provide them with technical assistance and any other assistance for the benefit of the tobacco promotion.
ArtA-culo 5A ° .†" The Executive Branch will regulate this law.
