For how much: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS.

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° .†"Crate the tax of Bs. 0.10 (ten cents) per kilo of salt in terrons, soft, ground, gem (stone salt) in loaves and salt of wit, which will be extracted from the provinces Quijarro, Nor LA-fish and Daniel Campos of the Department of PotosA-and Carangas of the Department of Oruro, destined for consumption in the territory of the country or for its export.

ArtA-arse 2A ° .†"Encomiednase the collection to the Municipal Boards of the mentioned provinces which will count the income in the following form:

a) Province Quijarro: A ninety percent in the account" Pro Pavements and Sewerage of the city of Uyuni ". The remaining ten percent in the account "Pro Construction of the Temple and School of the Colchani Cantonese", by equal parts.

b) Province Nor LA-pez; Daniel Campos and Carangas: Ten percent for administrative expenses of the Juntas Respective municipalities. The remaining 90% to pay in the departmental accounts of public works with exclusive destination for school buildings in the Province concerned.

ArtA-arse 3A ° .†"The funds from the tax referred to in this Law, will be administered in each province by a ComitA© composed of the Subprefect, the Municipal Mayor and two Delegates of the Neighborhood Board, with approval from the Prefecture and ContralorA-to Departmental.
