CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For how much: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS.

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° .†"The following taxes are created for the performance of public works in the Department of Peace Province Paces.

a) Ten percent (10%) on the value of any settlement of sale of the lead and silver slag from that Province.

b) One percent (1%) of the value of any settlement in the sale of minerals that are exploited by the Mining Bank of Bolivia or other miners of the Mentioned province, provided that the minimum quotes are from:

Estaà ± o $USA. 0.76 per pound

Wolfram $USA. 18.00 per 10 kg unit

Lead $USA. 0.15 per pound

Antimony $USA. 3.50 per 10 kg unit

Copper $USA. 0.18 per pound

Other minerals on the basis of the Ministry of Economy.

ArtA-culo 2A ° .†"The above taxes will be discounted by the Mining Bank of Bolivia, the Customs corresponding to the houses of the scorias, and must be deposited in special account in the Central Bank of Bolivia under the name of "Public Works in the Province of Pacajes". Its investment will be carried out by the Comité de Obras PAºblicas of the capital of the Province of Pacajes, a representative of the Ministry of Public Works and a representative of the Comptroller-General of the Republic.

ArtA-arse 3A ° .†" resources arising from the taxes referred to in Article 1A. of this Law will be employed in the public works projected by the Board of Public Works of Corocoro for the benefit of the Province.
