LAW NÂ ° 389 MAMERTO URRIOLAGOITIA H. President constitutional DE LA Repašblica as: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following law: the National Congress.
DECREES: Arta-culo 1a °. â €"settles the tax of 1 / 2% (mean percent) on the amount of the liquadaciones for rescue of minerals not to do Estaa±a-feros and the mining Bank of Bolivia through its agencies of Potosí - and Tupiza, coming from the 2nd section of the province Nor Cinti of the Department of Chuquisaca."
Arta-culo 2a °. â €"the previous resource will be n discounted by the mining Bank of Bolivia, and must be deposited in the Central Bank of Bolivia, under the name of San Lucas in public works, and must be made its investment in accordance with Committee © works that district and a representative of the Comptroller-a public.!"
Arta-culo 3a °. â €"these funds will be invested in the following works n: drinking water in San Lucas;!" Sewerage and Pavimentacia³n in the same district. Once completed these works these resources will be n invested in direct benefit of San Lucas.
