CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For how much: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS.

DECRETA:

ArtA-arse lA ° .†"The Department of Cochabamba Prefecture is authorized to hire an undertaking up to the sum of (Bs. 2,000,000,†") Two million Bolivians, in the Central Bank of Bolivia or another credit institution of the paA-s, partially or in staggered sums, with the interest and amortisation more favorable, for the construction of a Hotel Teatro in the Villa de Independence.

ArtA-arse 2A ° .†"The loan referred to in the previous article will be addressed with the following resources:

a) Five Bolivians per hectare of mining petitions in the Province of Ayopaya and the surcharge of three (viiiyear), annual to the patent per hectare.

b) Two Bolivians on the quintal of maA-z extracted or sold in the province concerned.

c) 50% of the share that corresponds to the same Province, in the best performance of the tourist register.

ArticulA³ 3A ° .†" (a) it will collect Internal Taxes and (b) and (c) the Department of the Department of Cochabamba, and must deposit them in a special account called "Hotel-Teatro" of Independence, in the Central Bank of that city.

4A ° .†"A Board formed by the Subprefect of the Province of Ayopaya, the Municipal Mayor of Independence and a notable neighbor of that locality, designated by the Prefect of the Department, in charge of the management of the funds, with intervention of the Comptroller-a and surveillance of the Department of Works Public of Cochabamba.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
