CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS.

DECRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° .†"Refits with departmental cter the following taxes in the Oruro Department.

ArtA-ass 2A ° â€"The tax of ten cents on every 46 kilos of lime and stucco which are elaborated in the Department of Oruro, established by the Law of January 2, 1945, rises to Bs. 5.oo on the 46 kilos referred to in the said device.

ArtA-arse 3A ° .†"The tax of forty cents on every ten litres or its equivalent to the gaseous, mineral, natural or artificial waters produced or developed in the Department of Oruro, which establishes the Law of 16 February, 1924, is readjued to Bs. 0.50 for each bottle of the indicated waters to be developed or interned to the Department of Oruro.

ArtA-ass 4A ° .†"The beer tax created by Law of 2 January 1945 from Bs. 2.40 per dozen bottles or their equivalent in litres, rises to Bs. 6.oo must be paid said tax of conformity with the Law of 7 February 1928, whether "the beer comes from other Departments and is interne and consumed in Oruro's or is elaborated in the same Department".

ArtA-ass 5A ° .†"Else vase a Bs. 5.oo the tax of fifty cents that establishes the Law of December 22, 1903 in its article 2A ° for the certificates or tickets of sale of each head of cattle in the fairs.

ArtA-ass 6A ° .†"The readjustments referred to in this Law shall be for the purposes set forth in special laws.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
