CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For how much: the Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

CONGRESS NATIONAL,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-cull 1A ° †" The action of all pending eviction trials in the court cases, whatever the status of the cause, may be left in abeyance, in statement execution, in the new Inquilinate Law is approved, with the exception of the exceptions laid down in the The following items.

ArtA-ass 2A ° â€" Mantinese as causals of eviction the following:

a) The lack of payment of rentals for more than three months;

b) When the property is declared of necessity and utility public for tax purposes.

ArtA-article 3A ° †" Causes initiated against tenants occupying commercial premises, bars, canteens, pensions, hotels, private offices, cinemas or others not intended for housing they are within the meaning of Article 1A.
