CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA

For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

CONGRESS NATIONAL,

DECRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° †" DeclA National Work on the captation of the" Tuni-Condoriri " drinking water.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" Crate a body called" Comita© Impeller de Obras Tuni-Condoriri ", which will be composed of the following persons: Municipal Mayor of the City of La Paz as President, Prefect of the Department, as Vivepresidente; and as Vocales a Delegate of the Supreme Government; an H. National Representative for La Paz; the General Manager of the Central Bank of Bolivia; the Coordinator of Municipal Technical Services; the Municipal Director of Water Potables; a Delegate of the Bolivian Workers ' Central; a Delegate of the Federation of Juntas Neighbourhood and a Delegate of the Press Union. The Manager of the Banco Popular Colombo-Boliviano, will participate in the deliberations of the Comité, in representation of the bank institution that finances part of the works of Tuni-Condoriri.

ArtA-culo 3A ° †" SerA ¡ n attributions of this Comité:

To contribute to the Municipality of La Paz, in the financing of the works until its total conclusion, proposing to the Government, the creation of resources, Internal or external activities and any other form of funding collection.

Fiscalize the administration of resources in order to ensure their strict application in the works;

Propose to the Municipal Government the creation of new resources resources and the fixing of special items in the Municipal Budget.

ArtA-arse 4A ° †" The administration of the Tuni-Condoriri Works will be exclusively under the control and responsibility of the Municipality of La Paz.
