BECAUSE: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A °â€" AutorA-zase à la AlcaldA-a Municipal de San Lorenzo, Province MA©ndez del Departamento de Tarija, to sell at auction public the properties of the properties called "Piracancha", "Tomatas" and "Camarón", and the urban properties called "Obra Pie", "Cabildo" and "Camal" sitas within the jurisdiction of that province, saving the rights of the peasants settled in those places and according to the Agrarian Reform.

ArtA-Aculo 2A °â€ " The product of the sale of these properties that will be Deposited in the Municipal Treasury of Tarija, should be invested in the acquisition of a Diessel motor and lighting network for the city of San Lorenzo. This purchase should be made prior to the call for proposals and with the intervention of the Comptroller-to-Departmental.

Communal-be to the Executive Branch for the constitutional purposes.
