CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

FOR HOW much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law.

CONGRESS NATIONAL,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" DeclAs a matter of necessity and utility the expropriation of the building called" Cura Huerta " located on the street Sucre and Plaza Gualberto Villarroel (formerly Plaza Sucre) of the locality of Quillacollo, province of the same name, of the Department From Cochabamba, belonging to the brothers José, Eduardo, Juan de la Cruz and MarA-to Jesúsas Zambrana, to the construction of the urban school "Dará-o Montaà ± o".

The Prefecture of the Department of Cochabamba, will organize the respective Administrative limit in accordance with the Regulatory Decree of 4 April 1879 elevated to the category of law on 30 December 1884.

ArtA-arse 2A ° †" The Municipality of Quillacollo will cancel with the funds of 10% of its Revenue Budget, the value of the expropriated property, in accordance with Supreme Decree No 3624 of 4 February 1954.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
