BECAUSE: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

CONGRESS NATIONAL,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo 1A ° †" AutorA-zase a la Prefectura del Departamento de La Paz, to use the funds of the immobilized accounts of its Treasury in the provincial and cantonal works to which they were intended by special laws, without the requirement of approval and control of the Comitecs of Provincial Public Works.

ArtA-ass 2A ° †" The provisions to the contrary are repealed.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
