CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA
BECAUSE: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
CONGRESS NATIONAL,
DECCRETA:
ArtA-arse 1A ° †" DeclAs the rights of all the mining property dealers that would not have paid the respective patents until the second half of the year 1953 have been evicted.
ArtA-arse 2A ° †" The expiration of all mining concessions, which even if they had their patents attached to the dA-a, would have been abandoned for ten consecutive years. The mines that would not have delivered the products of their exploitation to the Mining Bank of Bolivia are rejected.
ArtA-culo 3A ° †" The eviction and the expiration established in this Law will not be subject to the proposed limits in the Code of MinerA-a and the properties will revert to the rule of the State without any other formality.
ArtA-arse 4A ° †" The Executive Branch will regulate this Law.
