BECAUSE: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

The only one.â€" ModifA-case point (a) of the Third Article of the Law of December 22, 1956 which will give:

a) A Judge who will be a lawyer with a national law. Law of the Member State of the European Communities by examination before the National Council of Agrarian Reform, appointed by the President of the Republic on a proposal in terna of the National Council of Agrarian Reform.

The Community-to the Executive Branch for the constitutional purposes.
