CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA
BECAUSE: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
NATIONAL CONGRESS,
DECCRETA:
ArtA-culo 1A ° †" It is available and sold, in favor of the staff of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Education and Fine Arts, preferably of the resident in the Department of La Paz, of the property "High Workers", in this locality, expropriated to the Order of the Carmelites, in accordance with the Supreme Decree of 18 December 1953.
ArtA-arse 2A ° †" The sale price will be four, three and two thousand per square meter, according to the location of the lot, and its cancellation will be made by the successful bidders within the next four years. Monthly write-downs by payroll. The lots subject to these awards are tied to first mortgage on garantA-a payment of their value.
ArtA-ass 3A ° †" The amount obtained from the sale of these lands will be destined:
For the continuation of the works of the School of the School of Villa Victoria; and
For the repair of the Schools of the Child Directorate, dependent of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security
ArtA-Aculo 4A ° †" The Ministry of Education project an award plan, which will be taken into account:
In lots not larger than two hundred square meters.

Time of services; and
Inexistence of other real estate.
ArtA-ass 5A ° †" The forced or voluntary retirement of teachers and employees in current service will not nullify their right to the land that they have awarded, proceeding with their reversibility. by the vA-to executive only when the persons concerned do not cancel the redemptions referred to in the article-article 2A, by three means, or the lots in violation of the terms laid down in the article-worl7A.
ArtA-ass 6A ° †" In case of death of the successful tenderer, before the total cancellation of the value of his land, his heirs may continue with the payment of the sums due, in the form established in the previous article, where the procedures laid down in the case are applicable in the case of implementation. In case of no forced heirs, the contributions of the deceased will increase the funds to be allocated in the A-culo3A °, leaving the lot available for another beneficiary.
ArtA-ass 7A ° †" The successful batch awards will not be possible transfer their rights, but after five years after the full payment of the land value, under the penalty of nullity. However, they may do so before the term indicated in favor of the Ministry of Education to be awarded to other interested teachers or employees.

ArtA-ass 9A ° †" The lots subject to these awards may not be grounds for lien or service of garantA-to mortgage, but for the only effect of the payment of its value, in the first term, or housing. These limitations will disappear when the rights of the beneficiary are perfected.
ArtA-ass 10A ° †" In the lottery and sale of these lands, two 15,000 square meters are excluded from the Special Education Institute. by Supreme Decree NA ° 4510 of 6 October 1956, recognizing that extension as the property of the mentioned institution.
ArtA-ass 11A ° †" Likewise the distribution object of this Law, does not affect the concession of fifteen thousand square meters awarded in favor of the Club The Strongest, by Supreme Decree No 4339 of 16 March 1956, for the construction of own sports fields, within the last and permanent period of 90 dA-as from the promulgation of this Law, under the conditions of permuse that the Supreme Decree of reference is used.
Article 12A ° †" The effects of this Law are amplified in favor of the officials and employees of the Power Legislative, according to the express law sanctioned by the National Congress.
ArtA-ass 13A ° †" They rise to the rank of Law, the Supreme Decrees Nos. 3587, 4510, and 4339, of December 18, 1956, October 6, 1956, and March 16, 1956, respectively.
Article 14A ° â€" The Executive Branch The present Law, leaving without effect all the provisions contrary to its text.
