Single-ass.â€" Exonecase from the payment of transfer taxes and plus valA-a to the acquisitions of land that is effective in the organizations of former Combatants and affiliated unions to national confederations and federations, Social Security Boxes and Regional cheap housing units, for housing construction for their affiliates who do not own urban buildings.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
