CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPASBLICA

For How Much:

The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

CONGRESS NATIONAL,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° †" The balance of QUARANTINE-EIGHT MILLION FIVE HUNDRED AND FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHT HUNDRED BOLIVIAN SESENTISEVEN (Bs. 48.504.382.67), deposited in the Central Bank of Bolivia and from the resources created by Law of 2 September of the year 1938, to guarantee the service of interest and amortisation of the undertaking of ten million Bolivians (Bs. € 10,000,000,€ ') authorized by the same Law and granted to the Executive by the aforementioned bank for the realization of several works in the Department of the Beni, is intended for the following purposes:

FORTY MILLION BOLIVIANS (Bs.40,000,000.) †"for the construction or purchase of a local destined for the" José Ballivià ¡ n " School of the City of Trinidad.

EIGHT MILLION FIVE HUNDRED AND FOUR THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND EIGHT HUNDRED SESENTISEVEN BOLIVIANS (Bs. 8.504.382.67), for the acquisition of a piano and more sewing machines destined for the Professional School of the same capital.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° †" The funds mentioned are available to the Ministry of Education for their application to the purposes of this law.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
