The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

DECCRETA:

ArtA-culo nico.†"Créquase la Provincia" Modesto Omiste ", with the cantons of Chagua, Berque, Cassira, Sargarari; Chipihuaico, Sococha, San Pedro de Sococha, Moraya and Mojo, which constitute the Second Municipal Section of the current Sud Province of the Department of PotosA. The Capital of the new Province will be the population of Villazón.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
