FOR HOW much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

CONGRESS NATIONAL,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A ° †" All lands under the rule of the State may be endowed by the National Land Reform Service before the Act, except for those areas which by law or Supreme Decree were declared in reserve for colonization plans, the same ones that will be left under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture to make the respective concessions.

Article 2A ° †" The Executive Branch will regulate this Law.

Article 3A ° †" All provisions to the contrary are amended.
