CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE REPAsBLICA

For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:

EL H. NATIONAL CONGRESS

DECCRETA:

ArtA-ass 2A ° †" This concession will be used, by the indicated fiscal entity, in the realization of a vast program of agricultural development, livestock and industrial, whose planning in the stage of preliminary studies shall be made in the term of an aA ± o, computable from the date of promulgation of this law.

ArtA-ass 3A ° †" The Bolivian Corporation of Promotion will respect the right of individuals who were in post-possession of land prior to the 1st of November 1959, a fact that should be tested by the job run. It will also be those that have legally constituted titles, within the limits established by the Law of Agrarian Reform.

ArtA-arse 4A ° †" The concessionary entity will return to the State the areas of land that will result unnecessary for the development of their work and may request additional concessions if required by the A-ndole of works it executes. Likewise, you may ask the Executive Branch, the sale, lease, permuse or free cessation of certain areas to suit your plans for increase, which will be granted by Supreme Resolution, in each case.

5A °â€ " The Bolivian Development Corporation will use the total amount of money resulting from the transfer of the land that it has made in the development of this plan.

Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
