DECRETA:
ArtA-arse 1A °â€" Crate the National Development Commission, dependent on the Ministry of Economic Affairs. This Commission will be chaired by the Minister of the Industry and will consist of the following members:
Two delegates representing the Ministry of Agriculture.
A delegate from the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
A delegate from the Ministry of Peasants ' Affairs.
A delegate from the National Coordination and Planning Commission.
A delegate from the Inter-American Agricultural Service.
A delegate from Banco AgrA-cola.
A representative of the Trade Union of Agricultural Professionals of Bolivia,
