For How Much: The Honorable National Congress has sanctioned the following Law:
CONGRESS NATIONAL,
DECCRETA:
ArtA-ass 1A °â€ " Telecommunications Workers are entitled to retirement under the conditions prescribed by Articles 16, 17 and 13 of the Decree-Law of 20 May 1938, 1A °, 2A °, 7A, 9A and L0A of the law of 30 December 1948 and 2A ° of the Law of 16 September of the same year, without age limit.
ArtA-ass 2A ° †" They also have the right of the penalty for physical or intellectual inability, in accordance with the requirements of Articles 12, 13, 14 and 15 of the Decree-Law of 10 March 1938.
ArtA-arse 3A ° †" Also, telecommunications workers are included in the professional risks with all the rights that the Law agrees to workers in general.
Article 4A ° â€" all provisions contrary to this Law.
Communicate to the Executive Branch for constitutional purposes.
