FOR HOW much, the H National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A °. †" In use of the faculty conferred by article 37 of the OrgA Law of Budget, self-support to the Executive, to take, making the respective transfer, the necessary sum of the Odinario Budget or Extraordinary National Defense, for to carry out the technical studies of the works of regadA-or of some areas of the departments of La Paz and Oruro, using the waters of the RA-or Desaguadero.

Article 2A °. †" These studies should be carried out in the shortest possible time, entrusted to the Mexican Commission of RegadA-or.

ArtA-arse 3A °. †" The Ministry of Economic Affairs-according to the Ministry of Public Works, will establish the conditions of these studies, to give due compliance with this law.
