FOR HOW much, the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECRETA:

Article 1A °. †" Crate the tax of Two Bolivianos for each motor vehicle that passes through the city of Padilla.

Article 2A ° .â€" The perception of the tax will be made by the Internal Revenue office; managed by a special Comitâ© composed of the Subprefect, Municipal Mayor, and a notable neighbor elected by the Prefect of Chuquisaca.

ArtA-arse 3A °. †" The proceeds of this tax will be exclusively and exclusively for the settlement of the plaza and streets of the city of Padilla; and must surrender documented account of those investments to the ContralorA-a, semestrally.
