FOR HOW much the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° .†" By this law, the organizations are confirmed and ratified. to date which, with the name of Provincial Committeors of Public Works and Viality, whose creation and organization in each province was authorized by the Supreme Decree of 15 September 1939.

Article 2A °. †" These organizations will be dependent, in the management and investment of the fiscal resources that are assigned to the relevant works of the respective province, of the corresponding Prefecture, General Directorate of the Public Works and the ContralorA-General.

ArtA-ass 3A °. †"The person-to-legal person of each provincial entity that is organized under this law, should be expressly declared by the Executive Branch and registered in the Comptroller-General, as a requirement for the legitimacy of the actions financial institutions of these institutes, as for the purposes of the individual or collective responsibilities of its members, according to Article 118 of the State-Political Constitution.
