RETIREES. †" The Chiefs and Officers, Pac-Fico Veterans who have not been able to benefit from the benefits of retirement for having left the service, will retire with the immediate higher degree.

FOR HOW much, the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECRETA:

ArtA-ass 1A °. †" The Chiefs and Officers, Veterans of the Pacific-Fico or Beneméritos de la Fatherland, who have not been able to benefit from retirement because they have left the service, will retire with the right to be in the immediate grade higher than the one they obtained at their retirement from the Army, according to the scale of the Active Service in the Budget of the year 1941.

Article 2A °. †" The civilians, Veterans of the Pacific-Fico or Beneméritos de la Patria, who prove to have fought in the posts that they perform in the area of operations, will be retired with the corresponding one in charge (b) greater than that which they performed in such fields, after verification and review of the respective files, and those which had obtained military grade, with the immediate degree of higher than the degree to which they are accredited in their documents

ArtA-ass 3A °. †" The Veterans of the Pacific-Fico and Benemenos of the Fatherland, of the class of troops, will retire, starting from the 1A ° of January 1941, with the having of a thousand Bolivians monthly, the classes and? Distinguished Soldiers ", not promoted to the class of officers, will retire with the corresponding one to the degree of Sublieutenant, without prejudice to other rights that they may have for services provided to the paA-s in other activities.

ArtA-arse 4A °. †" The burial and funeral expenses of the Veterans of the Pacific-Pacific and Benemélos de la Patria, of the class of troops, are raised to the sum of One Thousand Bolivians.

ArtA-culo 5A °. †" The payments referred to in the previous articles, will be effective: by the Pension and Retirement Fund of the Body of Officers of the Army, for the Heads and Officers, and by the respective Secciance of the Ministry of Defense National, who serves the assets of the passive lists in his category-a of the troop class, for the soldiers, classes and non-commissioned officers.

ArtA-ass 6A °. †" laws, decrees, resolutions and other provisions contrary to this law shall be repealed, which shall be regulated by the Executive Branch.
