FOR HOW much, the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° .†"60 percent of the rents collected by customs offices Copacabana and Parquipujio, during the years 1941 and 1942, is intended for the collection of drinking water and the installation of electrical light in the Sanctuary of Copacabana.

ArtA-arse 2A ° .†" The funds from this collection will be deposited monthly at the Central Bank of the Nón, in current account, to the order of the Board of Directors of these services that will be organized as follows:

President of the Prefect of the Department.

Vice, the Municipal Mayor of Copacabana,

Secretary the Notary PAºblico of that locality,

Three Vocals that will be chosen by the neighborhood in General Assembly.

ArtA-arse 3A ° .†" The tasks of the Board will be regulated by the Executive Branch.

ArtA-arse 4A ° .â€" The salaries and expenses that you demand The customs offices of Copacabana and Parquipujio will be served by the General Administration of Customs, in accordance with the General Budget and without undermining the percentage assigned by this law for special purposes.
