FOR HOW much, the H. National Congress has sanctioned the following law:

THE NATIONAL CONGRESS,

DECCRETA:

ArtA-arse 1A ° .†" AutorA-zase to the Central Bank of Bolivia to grant an undertaking Bolivian Fiscal Oil Fields, for the sum of twenty-five million Bolivians (Bs. 25 000), with garantA-a of the sales of crude oil, gasoline, diessel oil, fuel oil and kerosene, which that entity does in the interior of the Republic.

This undertaking may be granted in legal tender or in Undertaking.

ArtA-Aculo 2A ° .†" AutorA-zase, likewise, to the Executive Branch to take charge of the obligations that, to date, have counter-days Oil Fields Oil-Tax Bolivians in the Central Bank of Bolivia, compensation of the sums owed by the National Government to the petroleum entity, for the contribution of capital accrued by the year 1940, according to Decree of 13 May 1939, and for differences in the price of sale of gasoline

Article 3A ° .†" The agreements to be adopted by the Board of Petroleum Oil Fields Bolivianos, on the investment of the undertaking, should in any case count on the co-responsibility of the Government represented by the Minister of Economic-to-National, who will preside over their deliberations.

ArtA-arse 4A ° .†" The Government To study by competent personnel a plan of exploitation of the oil fields of petroleo and of the new organization of the managing entity, having to submit it to the approval of the Legislative Power.
