PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

As soon as the Plurinational Legislative Assembly has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

LAW OF APPROVAL OF THE PROTOCOL BETWEEN THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA AND THE

FEDERATIVE REPUBLIC

OF BRAZIL, ON THE PROJECT FINANCING OF THE ROAD? VILLA TUNARI-SAN IGNACIO DE MOXOS?

Single Item.

I. In accordance with the provisions of Article 158 of the Constitution of the State Political Constitution, I approved the Protocol of Financing concluded between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Federative Republic of Brazil on 22 March. August 2009, for the sum of up to $us.332,000,000.-(THREE HUNDRED AND THIRTY-TWO MILLION U.S. DOLLARS), destined for the project Carretero Villa Tunari-San Ignacio de Moxos.

II. Whereas the operations under this credit will be made through the Payment and Credit Agreement

the Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) is exempt from the application of Article 22 of Law No. 1670 of the Central Bank of Bolivia, dated October 31, 2001. 1995.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, to the thirties of March of the

year two thousand ten.

Therefore, I enact it so that it has and will comply as the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia
