PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

As soon as the Plurinational Legislative Assembly has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158 of the Constitution of the State Political Constitution,

approve the Loan Contract No. 2233 /BL-BO, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Inter-American Development Bank? IDB, on November 27, 2009, for an amount of up to $us25,000,000.-(TWENTY-FIVE MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the? East-West Corridor Road Conservation Project.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the nineteenth day of May

of the year two thousand ten.
