CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECCRETA:

Article 1 .. Is it ratified? Agreement between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Republic of Bolivia on Financial Cooperation 2007, signed in the city of La Paz, on 2 October 2008.

Article 2. The Executive Body through an Interpretive Declaration, must communicate to the Government of the

Federal Republic of Germany, that the denomination of? Republic of Bolivia?, should be understood as? Plurinational State of Bolivia?, in accordance with the Constitution of the State, promulgated on February 7, 2009.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, seven days of the month of June of the year

two thousand ten.
