CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
DECRETA:
Article 1. Is it ratified? Agreement between the Government of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria and the
the Republic of Bolivia on the Creation of the Bolivian Mixed Commission for Economic, Trade, Scientific, Technical and Economic Cooperation Cultural?, signed in the city of La Paz, on August 3, 1989.
Article 2. The Executive Body through an Interpretive Declaration, must communicate to the Government of the
People's Democratic Republic of Algeria that the denomination of? Republic of Bolivia?, should be understood as? Plurinational State of Bolivia?, in accordance with the Constitution of the State, promulgated on February 7, 2009.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, seven days of the month of June of the year
two thousand ten.
